Your First Visit
We know that first impressions are everything, so we’ll make sure that your first appointment absolutely convinces you that we are the best place for your smile. You’ll be greeted by a member of our team, and they will help you quickly organize your paper work. You’ll then be escorted to a treatment room where you’ll get to meet Dr. J. Lee Pettigrew.
He’ll take some time to get to know you and discuss your dental concerns, and then he’ll perform a comprehensive oral exam. He’ll look at the state of your teeth, gums, TMJ (jaw-joint), and even screen for oral cancer. From this, he’ll be able to recommend a treatment plan that will be customized to your exact needs.
After you’ve had a chance to ask any questions you might have, you’ll be escorted to the front desk where we’ll help you schedule your next appointment.
Patient Forms
In order to help you save time, we’ve made it so that you can fill out our patient forms before your next appointment. This way, you’ll be able to walk into our office and see Dr. Pettigrew without waiting! Simply download them, fill them out, print them, and bring them to our office to help things fly by even faster!
Insurance and Financing
Our team is always happy to help patients make the most of their dental insurance benefits. However, it’s important to keep in mind that benefits can vary significantly vary from plan to plan. While we do our best to estimate what your specific coverage and out-of-pocket costs will be, it is not possible for us to guarantee coverage beyond a shadow of a doubt because of the complexities and ever-changing language of insurance plans. We do ask that the patient’s estimated portion be paid at the time of their treatment. We will personally file insurance claims on your behalf for added convenience.
In addition, we work with the third-party financer CareCredit and accept MasterCard, VISA, and American Express.
